3 runs totalling 11.2 miles
2 workouts on the elliptical totalling 1 hour
I wanted to get 4 runs in but opted to not run today because of my shins hurting. I figured I should play it safe and just do the elliptical instead. I'm a little bummed that I didn't get 4 running days in this week. There's always next week though!
Goals for next week are:
4 running days of 3, 3, 3, and 5 miles. The longest run I've done so far is a little over 4 miles. I'm excited to do a 5 miler next weekend. I think I'm going to try and run Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sun this coming week.
Pilates on Tues & Thurs. It's been a long time since I've done a Pilates class. I know I'm going to be sore afterwards! The babies will be going to the Y's childcare on Tuesday. Keep your fingers crossed that they don't all turn into 3 screaming maniacs.

Even if your kids do turn into screaming maniacs, let somebody else handle them and enjoy your workout. :)
You are such a runner! Feeling bad for missing a run is a sure sign. You're working hard at keeping fit and that is plenty good. I've been meaning to start Pilates because it is so good for running, but I've been procrastinating. I'm sure your babies will be fine as you workout. Enjoy your "ME" time.
I can relate for you feeling bad because you missed a run but just look on the positive. You still are running.
